In middle school, while still learning English, I joined the chess and math club. I was so excited when I qualified to compete, achieving second place in NYC girls' chess tournament. This experience had a lasting impact on me - empowering my personal growth and confidence. I worked full time while attending Baruch College, where I earned a BBA in Business Administration in Management and International Trade. As a young management trainee employee, I received a corporate cash award recognizing a workflow analysis involving several departments at Metropolitan Life Insurance. I listened, understood beyond words, and assessed both teams and departments, ultimately proposing a new strategy process that eliminated duplication, improved efficiency, and increased communication. I realize now that I was already using "management by intuition" without knowing it! The insights resulted in substantial corporate savings and a better, happier work experience for employees. Although the management work was fulfilling, I wanted more worldly growth and pursued a marketing and international trade job. I enjoyed the challenging nature of working in a multicultural environment, resulting in opportunities and great success.
A few years back, I faced significant family and life situations that prompted me to reevaluate, reboot, and reassess all. As a result, many important decisions with changes in my business and life were made, with new priorities and perspectives that "uncovered" my true purpose in life. I am living proof that there are hidden growth opportunities when facing challenges. I explored and learned to harness the power within, seeking more answers and options for wellness in life and business. I actively use and apply the 7 Levels of Energy Leadership with sustainable results. This new level of awareness, core power, positive thought, conscious choices, and decision-making strategic process led me to more extraordinary achievements with many techniques bringing a new dimension and benefits to clients.
